STUDIO UPDATE

November and December has had Norman tied up in the studio finishing production on the new JJ Burner project. Former members of the Powers Run Band, drummer Mike Flocari, guitarist Sam Satler, bassist Greg aka: big sexy, and lap-steel player Bob Powers are joined by Pittsburgh guitar legend Warren King and sweet soul vocalist Mark Stutso. Local favorite Shari Richards appears as a guest vocalist on several songs.

LIVE FROM STUDIO A

WQED’s Emmy-winning ‘Live From Studio A’ music series is re-broadcasting the past All-Star Holiday Jams all month. Be on the lookout for the show that includes The Manful Handful singing his original song, Just Another Christmas Song. Norman performs his Christmas song with Pete Hewlett and the house band. Harry Bottoms sings background along with Whitey Cooper who closes out the song with a soulful display.
